Nicknamed the “Sprite,” the ref. 126720VTNR introduced a striking black-and-green Cerachrom bezel, marking the first time this color combination appeared on a GMT-Master II. Just as noteworthy was the watch’s left-handed configuration, with the winding crown and date display moved from their traditional position at 3 o’clock to the opposite side of the case. This unusual layout earned the reference the “Destro” nickname and instantly set it apart from every GMT that came before it. While the design may be unique, the watch still delivers the same travel-ready functionality that has defined the GMT-Master II for decades, including a 24-hour bezel and dedicated GMT hand for tracking a second time zone.
