Alexander made the sale of my Omega watch as customer friendly as possible. Only Quality Timepiece Watches provided the shipping instructions and covered the FedEx costs for the shipment and all packing materials. The shipment was also insured at their cost. When they received my watch it was opened and examined by them under video surveillance to verify authenticity. The Omega Seamaster was 22 years old and required a fair amount of servicing for resale and their cost to refurbish the watch was fairly reflected in their price they offered to pay me, which was actually more than I paid for the watch 22 years ago. Alexander’s low key, no pressure approach included his offer to return the watch to me at their expense if I had not been satisfied with their offer, no questions asked and no problem on their part. The entire transaction was fully transparent and fair to all concerned. This is a first rate business that is well represented by Alexander.

OQT’s Watches had a great selection of watches and exactly the one I was looking for. I checked reviews but also checked via AI as it was a significant amount I had to wire to them to purchase the watch. I felt it all checked out. They expedited the order, including adding links to the watch to fit me and the the next afternoon I had received the watch in what so far has looked to be perfect condition.
